if I could format and reinstall ♥♥♥♥♥ it would be an entirely different story of course - but as things stand once ♥♥♥♥♥ starts becoming unstable there's nothing you can do - not so with windows, can always start fresh.
another consideration is that windows setup guides you through a set of logical questions - ♥♥♥♥♥ on the other is basically a no-logic emotion-based denial of service attack that can oversaturate logic circuits and lead to buffer overflow and in severe cases even marriage.
