i love this game so much! if you're planning on buying this game, make sure you can run it. you need a good pc to play it, but if you meet the requirements, you'll enjoy it!

I left a review back when this game out and I'd figure I delete it and update the review. This game is still very underwhelming and is missing lots of content. I wish I didn't buy this game and waited till it was a reasonably good game. This game has been sitting in my library for over a year now and nothing drives me to play this game. And I love survival games like 7 Days To Die, The Forest, and Outlast (if you count that as a survival game). I understand that this game is still in early access and I did expect it to be lacking alot and perhaps buggy. But with every update that comes out, I read the patch notes and download it. But it still doesn't bring me back to the game. Most updates are just bug fixes and the new stuff they release doesn't sound that exciting at all. No disrespect towards this game and the dev(s), but I'd highly recommend not buying this game. Or wait till there's a sale or wait till it's updated alot more. I'm still hoping this game can reach its full potential, but for now it's a large map with barely anything in it. If you're still gonna buy the game, please be aware that is still early access and doesn't have much at the moment. Also, whoever you are, thanks for taking the time to read this! I will update this review if the game gets much better.

7 years later, and it's still the same. game play is the exact same, devs are slow at EVERYTHING, every update fixes one bug and adds three, and i can't even play the new mid-chapter cause of fps issues and bugs that hurt the fun, and we'll have to wait an addition week just for a hotfix. i love this game, but they are doing a splendid job at pissing off everyone, both killers and survivors. small indie devs can work faster and somehow better than a company that makes millions per year. The devs are too afraid to explore new mechanics and ideas. and they are so out of touch, my grandma who despises technology could make better decisions than these "devs". sending bhvr complaints or feedback is like screaming into a void. they say they listen, but they always add/remove things that NOBODY wants (even new players). i'm going to be married with children and become a ceo of a company before bhvr gets their ♥♥♥♥ together. AGAIN, i love this game very much. but the decisions they make actually baffle me.

This is a still not a full game? This game is awesome, I call it a full game. Endnight, you have done a wonderful job creating this game. Every update from big to small just makes the game alot better. I live in Canada myself, I enjoy hiking, biking, etc. The places i've been in my life, waterfalls, mountains, snowy areas, forests, etc, they couldn't look any more realistic in this game. Screw Activision and all those cheapskate effortless game companies, you guys are the shi*! It's really sad that a game and a company like you guys are underrated by most gamers. I've talked to lots and lots of gamers and they never even heard of this game. I tell them about it and they don't even really want to give it a chance. But just know, you guys are pretty much my favorite game company, also Valve. And the funny part is, you guys only made one game! I like Capcom like Deadrising and Resident Evil, and even though they have made multiple game series, I still like you guys better. Got my new computer and me and my friend are having a blast! The game is a reasonable, affordable price, no paid dlcs, and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! Love you guys so much, please for the love of god don't give up on this franchise, you are one of a kind! -Johnny&Matthew
