🐛⚡🍆 Performance review for MRF 🌸🐝🏓

Missed more than 2 but fewer than 5 days without valid reason in 6 months. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. MRF willingly joins groups, but tends to remain anonymous.
