Absolutely brilliant masterpiece of a co-op game. Would kill to erase my memories of this game for the sake of replaying. Environments were downright gorgeous, BGM was absolutely mesmerizing, actions were super fun, and the puzzles were way more creative than I could ever hope for. Overall this game filled me with a ton of surprise despite viewing it with high expectations prior to playing. 10/10 game. GOTY well deserved.

Pros:
- stunning visuals
-immersive music scores (kudos to project mili)
-really fun gameplay, with lots of customizations for your build
-engaging gameplay, sorta linear world but still expansive nonetheless

Cons:
-some enemies are just health sponge
-the concept of difficulty seems to be placed too high on the game's to-do-list, constituting some frustrating and not-so-fun experience. For example, Hoenir. More mobs doesn't beget a harder boss fight, it just feels like cheap and artificial difficulty

What can I say? Simply splendid! Truth be told, with such a huge expansion, I expected the storyline to be a little sluggish, yet the story development proved me utterly wrong. Plot twists ahead were truly captivating, with engaging characters and immersive progressions adding to the already astounding area. Truly one of the best DLCs I've experienced.

Superb DLC paired with a superb game. The writing, the settings, the antagonists were all so perfectly written, I couldn't find any flaws in it, and at often times found myself deeply immersed with the storyline. Definitely a must play.

Yes, it's a pity that this game revolves around parrying, but the adrenaline-inducement of this game is undeniable. Has a 2-3 playthrough replay value, but that's plenty sufficient considering how greatly polished the entire game is.

Despite the areas being annoying, this DLC offers some of the best bosses among the soul series. While a certain boss is considered something like a covenant boss that allows jolly PvP fun, it certainly doesn't feel as fun when fighting offline considering how easy it was. Other than that, the bosses were all really fun, and gave me a blast. It really amazes me how much effort they put into the Demon Prince's design, how fun Midir was, and how unique Gael's bossfight was. Areas were also superb, if you decide to ignore the gankiness of the area. Bosses' OSTs were also really great, with Gael's being one of my favourite. Overall, I'd say that this DLC is considered one of my favourites.
