They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. For a company trying to mimic Amazon's business model, their customer service is the complete opposite. If I access the website from my phone, it says to download the app in order to see my purchases. When I try to download the app, it says that it's not available in my country (Malaysia). When I contact customer service, they told me to just check my orders from my laptop instead of fixing the simple technical issue. Why would anyone use this app and deal with people that don't care about their customers?
