Easily one of the best games i've played. I have fond memories of staying far too late trying to automate this or that while also maintaining the delicate balance of fending off the aliens. Combat is fun and entirely based off your research, the more you harm their environment the more they adapt and evolve so they are almost always a problem you have to deal with or have your factory destroyed. The mod support is great. I put in many hours with my friends back in the early beta, several years ago, and I was ecstatic when it finally came out.

This game is challenging yet addictive and I cant stop playing
