Phenomenal game. It's still difficult but it has more choices on what to do and where to go.

After chugging through some of the story i can find no distinguishing reason why "man with beard" can't be a custom character. He refers to himself as "graveyard keeper" all the time, has no distinguishing dialogue or personality. The game feels like it has all of the core concepts of a good game but something as small as customization options for the character or environment would add more life to the game. At the end of the day the game is good but some things might need another look.
