Music: Incredible. I loved Undertale, but this music is so much more fun to listen to.
Gameplay: Hard, but awesome. Reminds me of Rust Bucket by Nitrome, but with a ton more options and a focus on reacting to the enemies instead of strategizing around them.
Replayability: it's a roguelike, you'll get about a trillion hours out of it.
Art: who really cares, the gameplay and music are what matter. The art is good enough.

If you're ever wanting a game that requires all of your concentration for some intense good times and fills your earholes with bliss, this is it.
