This game is quite literally unplayable for me, as 9 out of 10 matches the loading screen will be stuck at 99% for an absurd amount of time. not to mention the random graphical issues, stutters and character models or ability effects becoming invisible.

game is installed on a SSD and after reinstalling on different drives and considering i can run more demanding games just fine i think this has to be some optimization issue on the developer's end.

Its definitely a well made game, a game that is worth the price, even if it may not appeal to some.

The game-play itself was not particularly interesting, it has some tedious design decisions, trying to resemble the old RE games where you have a extremely limited inventory and the enemies revive after you kill them but ultimately running pass enemies was so easy that i was never really scared or bothered, some of the weapons and gadgets you get trivialize a lot of the late-game encounters.

At the same time i'm fascinated by the story of this game, psychological horror mixed with cosmic horror, trying to piece things together and come up with your own little story, in addition to the very unique atmosphere and visual style its something that really appeals to me, a lot of neat mechanics and moments besides the combat elevate the game-play, the puzzles are also pretty good which is something a lot of these indie horror games usually fail at.

When the developers of this game see a player having fun they think to themselves "Absolutely Freaking not"

Arrowhead has a gift, a God Given talent to nerf every single weapon and equipment in the game until they do absolutely no ♥♥♥♥♥ damage, you are forced to pick whatever weapon is not trash at any given time, usually tucked away in a 1000 credits (10 dlls) battlepass (that you also have to grind!), but you see, its okay, because you can find a whole 10 (TEN) credits per mission (sometimes), WOW! so generous!

Gaming peaked in 2016, when both BF1 and Kitty Cat: Jigsaw Puzzles Released.

The core gameplay is superb, The gunplay, the destruction, the mobility and sounds, its honestly wonderful & unlike anything in the market, however the main gameplay loop is simply Not fun.

Countless of tweaks and patches to make the game more "balanced" have not only failed at shaking the meta but have made the casual aspect significantly less fun.

In an objective based game were 1 class excels at playing the objective (heavy) and one class is good at nothing but killing uncoordinated people (light) how do you properly balance them?
You dont, Heavy has been nerfed time after time but to this day is STILL the best class by far while being the most boring to play, where Medium, the remaining class is restricted to be a metaslave and pick the same 3 gadgets to help their heavy win, this has been the competitive meta since season 1.

On the other hand, Countless of buffs have made light a extremely obnoxious class that dominates casual queues with ridiculous mobility, survivability and Damage, light is overwhelmingly the most played class, mostly played by people that have no interest in the team aspects or objective based gameplay, these players will usually leave if they cant stomp the lobby as there no penalty for doing so.

Two different Metas coexisting, both utterly broken & equally as unfun.
