Csobeszka can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before Csobeszka will engage in the discussion. Csobeszka always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Csobeszka always completes tasks to a high standard. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under pressure of time. Prepared to work all the extra hours it takes to meet the deadline.
