Ive tanked every single boss on hc with 6 expertise from talent tree for aroun 4 months with 3 different ppalas some of them are giga undergeared like bane with 5.1 and lod with 5.9 but dragons with like 6k-6.1 point is I wasnt overgeared and survived parry haste, I was undergeared if anything or just usual gear and Ive died with 6 expertise absolutely never due to parry haste
