Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon: 9.5/10
Amazing design, amazing visuals, extremely amazing combat. The graceful movment of your character and the simultaneous 4 weapon combat makes you almost feel like a ♥♥♥♥♥ up General Grievous. Customization goes beyond words, and vanity personalization in this game serves as a gold standard for every future game regardless of genre. Story while straight forward, the characters and developments throughout each of the 3 main playthrough trying to unlock all 3 endings is gripping and tense. The decisions you take has you constantly second guessing on whether or not you're doing the right thing, on all 3 main paths. While dialogue and classic writing falls short, storyline structure and alternative paths shine bright. Special song plays during the credits of the True Ending, making this feel like the true mecha experience.
Multiplayer is a joy to play with imperceivable latency in regions other games would score a regular 100ms ping. Builds are in-depth, and any perceived meta build can be countered by some other funnier build. While the actual matchmaking is barebones, restricted to only 2 game modes and lacking any real matchmaking system, the actual combat and flow of PvP is simply stellar.
For a AAA game released in 2023, the fact that it has no glitches, bugs, nor major performance issues puts it a step beyond its competitors.

Playing this actually makes me progressively more and more racist. I like to keep this at a minimum before I start becoming 1938 Germany.

Completely competent DLC, with amazing gameplay, OST, and map design.
A few bugs here and there, and some awkward invisible walls, but nothing too destructive, an inconvenience at worst.
in my humble opinion, the final boss in this DLC is quite underwhelming. Comparing that to the final boss in the first DLC, this one is quite a lot easier in difficulty. Gameplay hours is also slightly underwhelming, which I feel was on the shorter side.
Nevertheless, this DLC still delivers the high octane action and constantly-moving warfare flawlessly.

great game. has multiple issues, but as it is still in early access, it's fairly reasonable for the multiplayer to be literally unplayable. Needs major balancing fixes
