Hands down the best DLC for the Warhammer series. So many new unique mechanics, such a fun race to play. The price is higher than usual, yes, but I presume this is largely due to inflation. Still my most favorite race at the moment. A true must have for Warhammer veterans.

With a huge influx in so called "Boomer Shooters" the past couple of years, Cultic probably is the most fun I have had with these type of games aside from Doom Eternal.
You find yourself thrown into a mass grave and can barely escape a strange cult that you are investigating, or were supposed to, as a local police officer. From there on you face several kinds of enemies, from cultists wielding axes they throw at you, to the occasional dynamite throwing cultist equipped with a shotgun to even strange inhuman monsters that charge at you and try to rip your face off. You collect a variety of weapons that are really fun and fill their respective niche well along the way while trying to figure out what this cult is actually on
about and, of course, taking sweet revenge. Enviromental story telling is done really nicely and while the story is nothing too deep, it serves it purpose of setting a grim and gritty atmosphere very well. The environments, although lacking a bit of variety in color scheme for my taste, are all crafted very intuitevely and overall very well designed, both from a gameplay perspective, but also from the looks. There even was a level (the one where you roam through a forest before entering a zombie-infested mine town) that kind of had the atmosphere of playing Ravelnholm in Half Life 2 for the first time, at least to me. For me personally, no other game has achieved this. Weapons are all very fun to use, I personally almost enjoyed them all equally and I believe they are all well balanced. The gameplay in general is just great, you can kind of ♥♥♥♥ around a lot on your journey (killing your enemy by throwing an eyeball of another at them with full force is an option, after all) and the weapon sandbox allows for some very nasty and efficient combos. Throwing lit dynamite bundles at people proved itself to not only be fun in the cult classic (hehe, see what I did?) Blood, but also in Cultic. Popping heads off with the lever action rifle and looking at your enemy's head exploding in slow motion has never been so fun and hitting your enemies with a wooden chair was never so laughable to look at. The advanced movement system is also very intuitive and fun in general, creating a nice balance between sheer gunplay and mobility.

Cultic has taken lots of inspiration from classic shooters like Doom and Blood, but it does not fail to deliver a unique experience. It is far from a simple Blood clone (although there certainly are lots of obvious inspirations, like the dynamite) and offers nice variety, a great soundtrack (seriously, that ♥♥♥♥'s fire), great gameplay and cool, old-school visuals and sound design with just the right amount of modern touches. I have never found myself bored or frustrated with this game. Especially with its very slim price tag, I can only recommend this game for people who love "Boomer Shooter"-style games.
Hell, I'd even consider it a must play.

Just like title indicates, pretty much a dang well made mix between STALKER and Tarkov. I played both (about 3k hours on Tarkov) and the game kind of combines the best from both games. Hideout and gun modding straight out of tarkov, tasks and traders that come close to those of STALKER with nice maps overall. Gameplay is very harsh, but also rewarding. Gunplay feels great, especially for a top down game. Atmosphere is very nice and you can really see that a lot of love was put into the artstyle. But I must say I feel that loot distribution and overall map variety should be something that the developers could tweak as there is no real motivation to go on any other map than the forest (where all the beginning tasks take place). Still, a fun and great experience for everyone that is interested in hardcore style games.

I can only recommend this game. It is a good turn based game, the artstyle and especially the soundesign is top notch. The grimdark atmosphere of Warhammer 40k is captured beautifully, same goes for the Adeptus Mechanicus you play as and the Xeno race of Necrons you face. Though it has one signifcant flaw I can think of (very hard early game, almost too easy late game) I still find myself playing through this game every once in a while. I'm on my fourth playthrough right now. It's a great entree into the 40k franchise too, this game is literally the reason why I collect, paint and play Warhammer 40k tabletop. The story is not too complicated, while still giving proper 40k fans something to feed on, it's perfect for people that just got into 40k or don't even care about the franchise at all. I think it's worth it's price and if you can't really decide yet, go watch Mandaloregaming's review on Mechanicus. It's such a great game.

Best entree into the franchise, cant keep my hands off of this gem.

its just a silly hentai puzzle game which shoves tons of achievements in your face. 11/10

Used to love this game, but emotes dont belong in this kinda genre, especially taking the current state of the game into consideration. Fix your ♥♥♥♥ game instead, no one wants paid "DLCs" for Squad. You promised us.
