1 Run Repair Installation files via MapleStory game page on the Nexon launcher
2 Pull up your internet browser and clear it's cache and history
3 Restart your device/PC

The steps above will verify and remove corrupted game files.

After that, please try to add the Nexon folder on the exceptions list of your PC's firewall and anti-virus. If you have added it in the past, please remove it from the list and add it back again then try to log in game.
