One of the greatest games I've played.
My PC couldn't handle Witcher 3 so I bought the Witcher 2 before I played Witcher 3 (via GOG), and I was really impressed. The game is far more linear and that makes the story more focused. It is like reading a book or watching a series.
The Witcher 3 is superior imo but if you played Witcher 3 and want more of the world, characters and global gameplay elements, I strongly suggest playing the Witcher 2 as well.

The gameplay can be really clunky, but if you want more Witcher content this is a must buy.
