Overall this game is a downgrade, the district system is gamey and clunky at best, graphics are straight up worse, AI still bad

It was a very joyful experience. A must have for Skyrim/Witcher players

a bug here and there bug the experience is totally worth

this is probably the least useful DLC they have made:

-weak cash-grabby fishing industry
- intercity buses which bring tourists that have been limited to 4-5 thousand regardless of city size and bring no income whatsoever
- trolleybuses which in this game have absolutely no advantage over buses or trams
- maps which are inferior to mod maps in everyway. They really should stop even trying
- helicopters a gimmick like blimps that is a pure cosmetic, unlike Distaters DLC helicopters that actually were useful.
- aviation unique building, see point above.
- above ground metro, basically a mod but worse, and we have monorails anyway
- a few hubs you will never use because nothing beats compact monorail-train-metro
