im writing a bad review because I got ban the moment i play the game, do not use third-party cheating plug in or application to experience the game and i don't have any 3rd party application aside from msi center. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience in Delta force. I was banned immediately upon launching the game, which was completely unexpected and frustrating. The ban notice mentioned using third-party cheating plugins or applications, but I can assure you that I have not used any third-party software aside from MSI Center, which is necessary for my system’s performance optimization.

There was no clear communication about what specifically triggered the ban, and I feel that I was unfairly penalized without any chance to explain or rectify the situation. I’ve always been cautious about not using cheats, mods, or any external tools that would give me an unfair advantage. To be banned right away, with no transparency on the reason, is incredibly frustrating, especially when I have adhered to the game’s rules and have a clean record.

It’s also worth mentioning that I tried reaching out to support, but the response has been either unhelpful or non-existent. For a game that prides itself on a fair and competitive environment, this lack of transparency and support is a huge letdown.

I hope this issue gets addressed properly so others don’t face the same unjust treatment. If you are going to ban players, there needs to be clear evidence and communication, rather than punishing innocent users who just want to enjoy the game.
