Beautiful and extreme improvements in game play. I enjoyed fighting monsters and making better gear from them, rinse and repeat. However, I disliked how stiff and slow you felt in combat, regardless of weapon. Especially with rise it just blows out of the park. If you enjoy monster hunter then buy it now, the big expansion is coming out in the summer, if you're new or iffy then wait for a sale (it'll be a while). Also, don't buy the deluxe. It provides nothing for that extra $10, the best thing is the emotes and that's about it.

Amazing game. Did a vanilla run first and it was great. Now that the full game is released and as more mods get updated, modded runs are amazing. It's an amazing single player game and it'll definitely be worth your time and money (on sale of course).

Great free to play game, but sadly this game started to die out. Wait for 4.0 to start playing the game or some other big release that popularizes the game again. IDK when 4.0 will be released but at this point wait for it since not many servers are populated and the ones that do have people are over modded or role play.

Great game, but do be warned that this game is a hit or miss. Once you finish the main campaign and do it again at a harder difficulty then DLC is a must. Like with any game it's something you buy when on sale or else it's way too overpriced and the DLC also go on sale as well. To fully enjoy the game I say drop the $40-50 to get the game and dlc bundle when on sale.

For one play through, playing alone is great but you'll reach a point where you need people to play with. In addition after the first week or two of playing Iceborne will be a must, because the base game doesn't have that much to offer in terms of content. Other than that, I 100% recommend this game when it's on sale.

Only play if you're willing to spend a lot of hours learning how to pvp. It's great in that there are weekly, bu-weekly, and monthly wipe servers, so there are many different levels of time dedication. Still it's a time hungry game.

It's a great game and all, but I highly recommend having friends to play with. This can easily get boring fast if exploration isn't fun for you.

The base game, Aragami, is great. Very fun and well made game with coop. On the other hand nightfall is horrible. No new abilities except an exploding kunai, but it takes away more than half of the abilities in the base game. Plus the entire nightfall DLC only has 4 short chapters. Each chapter is barely or not long as chapters in Aragami.

TL;DR Aragami is a great game, but never buy nightfall.

It's a fun survival game with more progressive content than minecraft. It loses the 3d aspect of minecraft but has more in-depth building and more story to follow. What I mean by story is that it isn't like minecraft where you fight the enderdragon and get an elytra then it's game over. There are bosses to fight in a general order and new items to acquire, simliar to a monster hunter style of beat a boss and unlock more content.
