tldr: buy it

This is the only game i've ever played for 13 hours straight. Check my account, once you see how much play time i have you'll understand how crazy that is i will list the reasons for my lack of sensibility:

The story is extremely compelling and makes me not want to leave my computer for anything but food, water and to use the restroom.

The most of the characters seem to be multidimensional no one is a saint and no one is a villian and they meld into the story and create a truly fleshed out world.

The fighting can be a bit clunky after a while due to a lack of heat attack animations which causes each fight to seem similar especially regarding the ruffians on the streets. Though, i must say the cut scenes are badass and they almost never ruin a moment.

Overall, this is probably the best story based game i've ever played perhaps its because i love how japanese sounds but, the characters and the world truly make a phenomenon of a game i wanna find who wrote the script and tell them they have a nice shirt or something nice like that. I still have yet to defeat the final boss because i didn't properly ration my health potions but tomorrow morning they are going down.

I've played about 40 hours of this game so far and i've got to say it's extremely fun with friends i'd recommend playing on monsoon only. Also the soundtrack slaps.

This game is a great game and really fun i shall list the pros and cons:

Pros: Graphics, cool monsters, you can fall 1000 meters from the top of a really tall tree and be fine, you can reskin the same monster 3 times, you have a cool cat companion, the handler is hot and the game is great to play with friends!

Cons: Palicos, the handler.

The Game is generally pretty good the only flaws i see are; poor optimization and teams require teamwork in order to actually win the problem with this is alot of the time people don't step up for leadership positions and the team fails because of this lack of coordination.

I've played this game for a little while and I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I've found a nice clan to do missions with and I've progressed pretty nicely good game.
