Update on my review:

The previous review in the bottom is mostly still valid.

Unfortunately the devs went through a very controversial decision to make you required to log in through playstation account. The huge issue with playstation accounts is the amount of personal information you need to fill in to create the account and Sony is known for the huge amounts of data breaches they have.

Noteworthy is also the fact that in some countries you can't even create the account

This choice the devs made is breaching the laws of EU, since it is made is unable to play the game under the terms we bought it.




with 10 hours on record I can safely say this is one of the best games that had came out in the past 2-3 years.

After an excellent cinematic, I was thrown right into the tutorial, which took me over an hour, but I put the blame on myself for setting the game interface language into Korean with Spanish voiceover. I was still in high spirits, as the game commentator cheered me on (at least I think so) in very manly voice.

After being repeatedly told for hours that the servers are at full capacity, I took it as an excellent opportunity to practice my democratic battlecries.

After I managed to get onto the server, I got to rule over an entire starfleet destroyer (which I am sure I completely deserved over any of the experienced crewmembers).

After picking my DEMOCRATIC mission, I departed to liberate a part of a planet. Filled with endless enthusiasm and desire to liberate every meter of the planet, armed with my machine gun, grenades and with a dope looking cape I landed on the surface. Risen from my hellpod in a stylish pose, I was finally ready to destroy everything in the way of DEMOCRACY.

a huge bug jumped me and undemocratically bit my head off.

THIS IS NOT JUST A GAME, IT'S AN EXPERIENCE!

-game feels much more casual now
-attempt to eliminate meta , therefore ruining guns that people "play too much"
-consolish , hard-to-navigate menu

Early access was more hardcore , more punishing for mistakes and menu was simpler and better

still an awesome game , 9/10 recommended
