When I first opened this game I was hit by a wave of disappointment, it looked like it was a browser game that I had just paid $8 for... But after the first 5 minutes I realized that this had everything I could want in a fishing game. It has a unique mechanic where you have to catch small and medium fish to use as bait for large fish which keeps the entire ecosystem of this game useful and it feels alive. I loved figuring out all of the unique fish though I did have to look up a few:)

This game was great I loved the genetic leveling, the bosses, the exploration. The only thing I was disliked was how bland the shelter system, I was expecting to be able to interact with the survivors more... It would be awesome if you could actually play chess or poker with the survivors. This game might be finished but it still has room to improve.

Side note only took 36h to 100% the game:)

This game is slow off the start but it gets fun after your first boss fight. Problem solving and getting better equipment always feels progressive, with items having drop rates fun enough to grind for. I've played this game throughout its lifespan on different systems and it is a must have. This game is along with Minecraft and Stardew Valley. I don't know if ill play through this game again but it was fun beating the game on master mode and finishing the achievements. :) 9.5/10
