When ideas are challenged by others, VAC BAN listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Reaches a decision rapidly after taking account of all likely outcomes and estimating the route most likely to bring success. The decisions almost always turn out to be good ones. Normally physically fit but has suffered from injury or sickness in the recent past. No problem predicted with physically demanding jobs in the future. Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. VAC BAN is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems.
