A far better experience then the launch. With only the mildest of bugs with great combat, story, build diversity and one of the best cities I have ever walked through.

Great Co-op Horror.

As one of 2 players your job is to log the names and crimes of a variety of criminals along with carrying out various other duties a Prison Warden.

Did I mention the inmates running around? Each one behaves uniquely, requires communication, and will kill you at least once. Very thrilling.

Very atmospheric and creative with a cool story to boot. Very pleasantly surprised.

Great Game

This is one of the funnest games of this era.
The enemies are dynamic threats that allow for triumphant victories and noble loss,
the gun play is fantastic, impact, and skillful.
The stratagems allow every player to change the battlefield, annihilate armies through grand ordinances, and secure victory,
and most of all the entire fan base is united against a common threat, capable of defending and retaking planet after planet, each squad and mission leaving an impact on everyone.

As someone who was painfully aware they missed out on the first game, seeing the second one improve so much and get rewarded for it was stellar. I had an amazing time with my friends, this is one of the greatest games of this generation.

This review was initially made as a response to the PSN debacle, however as SONY backed down I no longer see a reason to give a negative review.

Spread Managed Democracy, HellDiver!

One of the best experiences within the horror/ghost-hunting genre on here. The Atmosphere is perfect, the environmental design in the dungeons and overworld are perfect, the clue gathering and everything else is on point. The variety within the types of Demons, Ghosts, and Witches is great. And the hunts are intense and very much lethal.

Great game, worth the money.

One of the best digital experiences on this site. The games good, the models are cool, the painting is spot on, and despite being early access everything functions perfectly.

If you have any interest in tactical games or wargames than I highly recommend this work of art.

Get ready for failure and glory, hilarity and tragedy, Dwarf Fortress truly is one of the FUNnest games of all time, being a wonderful story generator and a great way to spend your afternoon.

An absolute masterpiece!

Now I (as you can see) have over 100 hours in the game currently. I did many fun things like turning Monglolia facist, taking over the U.S. as Mexico, and many other amazing things that you can't really do in most games.
I do not regret my decision about buying this game, but I must say that I do have a slight sense of dissapointment.
Now this feeling I have whenever I remember this game is caused by multiple things.
The biggest being that they seem to just sell additional mechanics as DLC (most of which are pretty rudimentrary). Lack of attention is given to countries that did a considerable part in the War (which can be numbed somewhat by the community) and by putting most of developement that was made after the release, in DLC packs.
There were also many aspects in the base game that feel underdeveloped or there were mechanics that were outright missing (like asking allies for equipment or not being able to kick members out of factions)

I just feel that there are better games of this calliber; waiting to be bought at cheaper prices. Now I haven't really checked out any games similair to HOI4; so perhaps my feelings are a bit off on this one.

I am going to end this reveiw by saying that you should look for other games like this and compare their quality to HOI4; Stellaris (which is by the same company) has alot fun things to do in my opinion and it's dev team seems to care alot more. (It does have problems of its own too.)
If you do still choose to buy this game (which is okay btw); I suggest you don't by ANY of the DLCs without carefully examining their content compared to their price. If you made it to the end of my review (in the case that anyone decides to read this), just take my advice. Always examine a game with serious effort, because there are alot of people in this reveiw section that wished that they did that with this one.
