'Hell's Rangers Content pack' just seems to be some cosmetic skins for weapons, armor and your vehicle. While they do look spiffy they don't really add much of anything to the game. Get it if you want stuff to look slightly cooler. Get it if you want show support for the game. Get it if you can't stand a few extra bucks in your bank account. f@#$ there really needs to be a neutral vote here expressing complete indifference to a product.

A few years of this game under my belt as an android pilot got me curious so, decided to try this steam version. 1st thought; WTH Pixonic, this could be great with controller support. For that matter, you didn't even TRY to make it keyboard/mouse friendly. Sure, it works but, with exaggerated mouse motions :( Beyond that, it's a good game on Android but somewat tedious on PC. Regardless of the format you decide to play, paytowin players will be a constant annoyance. -And I've bought a few things (advice: keep a tally, it adds up quick!) but there's just no keeping up with the highest ranks without dropping insane monetary amounts. Gamewise: multifaceted mech battle game that's a lot of fun even though it's repetitive. Very well supported and developing weapon/bot/map & other mechanics infastructure. Very enjoyable destruction on a big mech/bot level and decent social integration (if you're into that). To summarize; steam version=finger pain. Mobile version=good. All version=watch your wallet! ...overall, a fun, monetized game, reminiscent of mechwarrior. Beware the freemium addiction monster though. Good luck to all. Edit: Still do occasional steam version rounds in a very casual way. Playing low level gear and ranks is still fairly fun!

Not at all what I was looking for. Comparing it to the original NES or even Sega Master system version (yes, I know there were other versions and even a game they were based on), these just feel uninspiring and boring. For a moment, that seemed ok but, then it became a 'rinse, lather, rinse. repeat' and 'hfs this is boring'. And calling this package three games is like calling your identical coffee mug collection six different cups because they've developed scratches in different places. It's the same game mechanics with some other characters and moves tossed in. If you got a need for some double dragon, check out Neon, it's at least got some sort of appeal and updated graphics. But if you're looking for some NES nostalgia, this isn't it.

Only played free weekend so...keep that in mind. It was free for the weekend and, it was not worth my time. Simply starting the game is a series of selections. IDK about others, but games I want to have fun. This is tedious work. My SF experience is limited to SFI- IVUltra ( A game you buy, have it all and just play. This is selections, DLC and wishing you had the character you wanted and could have for some extra cash). I'll leave the monetization aspect of the game for others to tear into. The characters look great, the physics are fun. But the abscense of your favorite characters makes it a grind. Dunno about eveybody else, but I don't want to grind on a game purchase. Wanna play and enjoy! So, meh. it was free for the weekend. played for a day. deleted it. removed from wishlist. will probably never try again. Capcom dropped the ball here.

The only thing that makes this game fun is playing your favorite DC universe characters. After that wears off you're stuck with a fairly bland move/block/countermove&repeat ad nauseam scenario. It's very reminiscent of Mortal Kombat in that fashion. Older 2D fighters did it better (Select Fatal Fury and KoF entries come to mind), and Tekken utilizes an insanely superior set of fight mechanics to keep gameplay (somewhat) fresh. But despite its drawbacks, it's still fun to play a cool comicbook character for a minute and, for what it's worth, there are some awesome moments in this game- like Doomsday punching his opponent through the planet. Can't recommend but, for a comicbook character fix it's worth a decent sale price.

Early Access Review
Can't say if this is good or not. Freeplay period required 'Glyph' account setup; Glyph site signup never accepted my account application (despite multiple attempts) and thus...I quit. Life's too short to **** around with that kinda BS.
