I have a headache

This is one of the best games ever in my opinion. There's no other action or hack and slash that's as rewarding and equally satisfying as DMC5. I saw another comment saying this game isn't replayable, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Most games I never replay, but since there's so much depth even just in Dante, it feels like there's infinite potential in combos, mastering enemy attack patterns, and constantly trying to get deeper into bloody palace.

Once you get the hang of the game, and you don't just leave it collecting dust, you'll unlock the true fun potential of the game. Just like unlocking that maximum combat potential with Dante. There's not many games where a beginner player looks AS different compared to a pro as in this one. Some people could never go all out on this game simply because they lack the coordination. There's so much to process at once, as Dante alone you have 4 ranged weapons, 4 melee weapons, and 4 styles. With all styles and weapons having multiple attack moves and even more depth as it's important to know which attacks are optimal for which enemies. That alone makes the game extremely fun. Spending a few hours every day just playing, while actively learning what moves do what and how to combo them. Improving really quickly, and seeing your progress is extremely satisfying.

Honestly, anyone who puts this game down after finishing and doesn't go into bloody palace, trying to maximize their potential with Dante especially is missing out on so much fun. That's where the game evolves into something completely different. Something almost artistic. There are many amazing DMC players out there, what you'll notice is that they all are incredibly adequate at the game while having different styles of gameplay. Due to the depth, even once you have mastered the game it is likely that you'll play it completely differently than anyone else, unless you're going for speedruns. This means you can create combos that no one has ever seen before, which in turn is the epitome of satisfaction in gaming.

I wish more games had depth such as this one. It's pure fun. Although sometimes it's headache inducing and I literally divide my playtime into multiple sections as I am absorbing so much new info at one time that I have to take a break. Even sitting in the void and practicing killing one enemy as fast as possible to speed up your bloody palace run or take less damage pays off, while also being challenging. So to anyone reading this comment, if you're someone who enjoys fast paced games that test your limits such as DOOM, or you even enjoyed the optional modes like GoW Ragnarok Valhalla for example, you should definitely try this game. Also, if you have finished this game, please continue playing and practicing. You'll have a blast and it'll all pay off.

It's impressive how immersive this game is. Even fighting the normal monsters can be intense

Stuttering and performance issues. (and horrible voice acting) Good game altogether though, I'll change it to positive once they fix the issues. The optimization needs to be a lot better.

Good game, decent remake. I think people who say it's better in every aspect are influenced by how good the game looks and feels. I will still be playing the original, this does not overwrite or conquer the original. There are major changes to the story and characters that significantly change the feel of the game, so it is not a better RE4, but it's rather a re-imagining of the original and should be seen as such.

The atmosphere of this game is peaceful, it's such an interesting game. I definitely recommend.

Good game, but not being able to skip cutscenes is a major flaw.

Good game with special details in small things such as animations that make it even better. The John Wick like soundtrack is great and immerses you into this short but sweet game. I do feel like the game could have been way more than it is, there could have been a skill system, customization, different ways of fighting, interesting mechanics but the game stuck to a simple concept. I recommend buying this game at a discount as it does not have a lot of replayability.

I prefer the Old Sam & Max, it had way more charm

I enjoyed this game very much when I first played it, but it has gotten repetitive. I think it would be quite easy for them to implement many more maps, features, skins etc. to keep the game fresh as it is a simple game. Games don't feel skillful and intelligent as they should, most games however just follow rushed assumptions from players.
