Game had a lot of promise (especially co-op PvE) but unfortunately they took the scummy route and started to push NFTs :(

RIP Shatterline, will miss the fun times.

It's something you just need to experience. Amazing storytelling, harrowing experience.

Some great, silly co-op fun! Mechanics enable a lot of shenanigans while rewarding team play, monsters are distinctive and it's fun to discover how to counter them.

If you played this in beta, give it another try! The game is less clunky and fully fleshed out and suuuuper fun in a group of 4.

I played 20 minutes and I'm already in love. Every level is a little rush of joy, the gameplay is so smooth and delightful and I get to satisfy my inner perfectionist by honing my performance until I reach the highest rank. I love it.

Only issues so far have been frame drops that feel quite bad during the action. Need to play with the settings to see if I can smooth it out.

Huge bonus that you can turn off all bobbing and sprint effects! No motion sickness yippee

One of the best games with atmospheric storytelling I've played.

One of the worst stories I've experienced.

The setting and the start of the game is amazing. Exploring trauma, complicated family dynamics and survivor's guilt starts off promising but unfortunately the story wastes all its potential and relies on sensationalism instead. It's a story that could've been great but wanted to be shocking instead and ends up completely failing in how it portrays difficult subjects like abuse and grooming. The choices made by the writing team are baffling and not in a good way.

I'm a huge fan of the Rusty Lake series and wasn't disappointed with this game either. I enjoy puzzle games and escape rooms and definitely see it worth the price comparing the experience with room escape board games or irl escape rooms. Sometimes couple of hours of fun with your friend is definitely worth < 12 euros <3

Extremely cute little rogue-like. Charming art style and really fun to explore. Some of the characters don't really add much to the gameplay but overall it is very fun and definitely worth the money.

1896 Update:
The UI is bad. Really bad. This-should-not-have-been-greenlit-bad.
But the new map is amazing. New guns are fun. Wild target feels good. Sounds are incredible. Come and join us in the bayou and now mountains! Aside of the UI, this update is very solid and I'm enjoying gaming immensely!

-------------------------

This game is ruthless. You will get no free passes, no mercy, no time to breathe. You are constantly hunted and you will die. The maps and their compounds take a while to learn and you will get outsmarted so many times just bc you didn't know something was possible or existed in the game. But the game is beautiful, immersive, atmospheric. There will be scares and disappoints but also a sense of thrill and unbelievable rush when you succeed.

Guns feel well balanced and there are truly several ways to outsmart people and turn unfavorable fights in your favor. The game feels very rewarding and exciting.

Unfortunately the loading times are long and especially in quick play it takes long to find games. Playing solo is way harder than playing in teams so you might want to brainwash a friend or two to buy Hunt with you so you can all suffer together.

Highly recommend, this game deserves so much more attention and players.

Phasmophobia is immersive and fun game, where you can laugh at your friends for screaming like little kids and get instant karma when the Banshee starts targeting you.
It's somewhat clunky and sometimes you get frustrating matches where bugs or exceptionally shy ghost makes it impossible to succeed, but the atmosphere and detection work makes up for it. The gameplay can get a bit repetitive and not all equipment feel necessary but I'm positive that new maps and ghosts will make them more useful and give the game more content.

Play it with friends and get laughs and scares but don't expect it to work flawlessly.
