This game is strongly ruined by the gacha system, the RNG system to unlock a character is frustrating.

The gacha system exploits player too much and often causes user to overpay the actual value of items. They also reduces the opportunity to gain tickets.

Gameplay wise is fun, but the monetisation is a hard turn off when I spend over $150 and not even get an alternative moveset.

Luck based unlock should not be capitalised to such degree nor should it affect gameplay to this scale. The character need to be unlockable through straight up currency rather than RNG

Lack a lot of content, only three gamemode so far. No special events, nothing.
There is also no communication between Bandai and the playerbase.
[Edit: It got worse, not only is the censorship strong already. Now it removed communication between enemy team. It's got bare to minimum of speech allowed, make up for bad community]
