I had LEGO Star Wars: The Original Trilogy on PS2 many years ago and bought this for nostalgia. This is what I think:
Everything I love about this game:
-Everything Han Solo does
-Your attacks lock onto your allies so you can be shooting barrels one moment and beating them to death the next
-Watching Padme/Amidala/Leia backhand enemies with sass until they explode
-The satisfying noises the melee makes
-Extensive range of customisations for your own character
-Every apprentice (Obi Wan, Anakin, Luke) gets eye-rolled at by their mentor
-Slapping womp rats
-Becoming a womp rat
-Hidden areas and fun activities included extra in every level
-Having more copies of Luke, Leia and Padme than there are actual clones walking around the Cantina
-Those aliens with the giant necks who contribute nothing
-Excellent, thought-provoking and deep dialogue

Things I hate about this game:
-Yoda walks like a quadruple amputee and fights like he has more arms and legs than General Grievous
-Jar Jar Binks is far too useful

TL;DR just playing this game in general makes me expel air out my nose with force at spontaneous moments when I randomly shoot a bin then slap a droid at the speed of light. Get it. It's so worth it.

Lots of content and keeps getting better. Maps still a bit limited but the recent additions have been very good. Characters are all reasonably balanced, though there are a few that seem a little too good too frequently (although maybe I just suck). New champions are added fairly frequently with each battle pass so there's always plenty of variety in play styles.

Brilliant to burn time, you don't get hackers and trolls anywhere near as much as a lot of other online games, and because the teams are 5v5 you've got a decent chance of still doing well even if one of your team is afk. Very enjoyable.

I picked up this game after reading funny reviews about it.

You should get this game it's fun

In the first and second games the mechanism was a standard search-and-find, where you look for the named object and that's that. A lot of people were displeased that it changes to a game where you have to search for objects that shift in shape instead of objects on a list. I suppose some don't like change, but this did not bother me. I will admit it does get slightly easier than it was before, but they do attempt to raise the difficulty by replacing still, picture environments to search in, with moving backgrounds. Twitching leaves, running water; things that catch your eye more than the shifting objects. If you're really bothered about that I would stay away from the game, because the search and finds are less prominent in this game. As before mentioned, it made no difference to me, because in the Ravenhearst story, it's not really the gameplay, but the storyline, that's the main feature of the game.

If you've ever played the original MCF: Ravenhearst, you will know this to be true. The entire point of the first game is finding out the story behind Charles and Emma's relationship, and their affiliation with Rose and her two daughters. The second game is mostly the story of Charles' crimes; the story of how you find the mansion, find out what Charles has really been doing with the place, and attempt to stop him and save what's left of the poor Rose and her daughters.
This game is Charles' story. As with any criminal, the backstory has a lot to do with their actions, and this game gives you a nice walk through Charles' memory lane (against your own wishes). I won't lie. It's messed up. But if you know what his crimes are, you'll probably expect that. If you don't know, then good luck. The game lives up to its name by the fact that you have to escape from Charles' meticulous trap and save Emma, Rose, and her two daughters. Again.

The art is fantastic, and I must give credit to Charles' actor. He really catches the sadistic and tormented side of Charles, and seeing as he appears to torment you quite often, you always have that cruel voice waiting for you wherever you go. I can't even fault any of the other actors, though Victor's dancing is the best comedy aspect of the game. That is just... wonderful. The story is a good level of creepy and shocking, and amongst all the puzzles and problems to solve, you get to do fun things like blow up Charles' mom with a pie.

All in all I don't think this game deserves the hate it's got, but maybe I'm biased because I'm not too bothered by the search mechanism. Sure it's a short game, but most search-and-find's are. The art is great, the actors are good, the storyline is really interesting, and the puzzles are challenging in a good way.

Pfft, who would ever want to be a goat? You think to yourself. Such boring lives they lead.

This goat is not an ordinary goat.

This goat can fly. It can glitch into space with the press of a button. It can hover like an angel. It can make things turn into watermelons and then explode. It can throw a party. You can ride this goat. This goat can smell really bad. And you'll do all this with NPCs staring at you and saying "Is that a goat?"

This game is fantastic for single or multiplayer. (Bear in mind it does NOT have online multiplayer, you have to have someone sat in the room with you with another keyboard to play multi) In single player mode, it's all about collectibles, getting achievements, and epically failing in the funniest ways. Destroying things also gains many points, so enjoy running around and headbutting/kicking everything in the vicinity, then hitting a gas canister by accident and finding yourself on the other end of the map. You get achievements for finding trophies, basic parkour, and then some of the more difficult things like climbing a skyscraper. Your ability to lick is a useful one, until you need to lick something on top of a windmill and find you licked the actual windmill and are now miles in the air soaring towards the ocean.

The mods available stretch into the infinite cosmos and there is also an MMO mode where your goat can go around doing useful, world-saving quests like finding 12 bags of crisps for a pig. This game is very much a sandbox for doing whatever the hell you want. It's a great game and the creators have a good sense of humour, even putting in references to Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy and Sanctum.

Rating: Nine licks of a rollercoaster/10

Tomb Raider is a game about how Lara Croft became the Tomb Raider the majority know and probably love as well. In this game you are marooned on an island after your boat sinks, and end up facing a cult of shipwrecked people like yourself, who have been stranded on the island for a long time, believing that their only way to leave the island is by- *chokes on spoilers*. Anyway, In this game, Lara kills for the first time, almost pukes, then afterwards goes merrily on her way bashing bad guys using a variety of weapons including a bow, a pistol, a rifle, a shotgun, and a climbing axe. Lara also seems to possess the ability to not care when she should be dying, and to sustain so many injuries that are miraculously cured a few minutes later when she completely forgets about them. She also has the ability to climb and jump like an olympic athlete, and has an endless degree of stamina that means you can travel around the landscape wherever you want, whenever you want, despite the fact that Lara really should be dead by now and even if she wasn't surely the environment should have at least lessened her superhuman abilities by a small fraction? She also doesn't seem to notice the cold very much, despite the only thing she wears on top being 2 vest tops on top of each other. But why am I griping about realism? It's a videogame, why do I care if it's real? The truth is, I don't! But those that do care will probably, well, care.

The short version is: Awesome game, lots of action, challenging at times, nice graphics+environments = worth your time to play indeed.

If you get it, you won't regret it!

Lots of games to play, including TTT, Murder, Deathrun, Jailbreak, and Sandbox, just to name a few. There are added games in the workshop (horror games, etc.) that run off Gmod as well, so there's so much choice in available games.

Just one thing; watch out for other people. Expect a certain amount of douchery. Because people are just like that. There will always be people out to ruin a game for others, but if you find a server with staff then you should be okay.

Relatively good internet and Counter Strike: Source map and texture content required for some servers (don't worry, can be easily accessed)

Buy the game and you won't regret it is all I will say
