played through this game to the end. Honestly i have to say it's worth every penny, they really went all out with this one.
Ethan gets pretty much torn apart by creatures and the obvious mommy.
The combat is surprisingly fun but claustrophobic find yourself in tight corridors and tunnels with some enemies barrelling down at you.
Or gigantic unkillable ones coming at you too. The boss fights are pretty insane.
One of the moments that will always shine out for me is when i said to my mates "if i didn't have my gun for this segment i woulden't be playing it" pretty much 3 minutes right after they take all your weapons and leave you defenceless against some gigantic fetus that swallows you whole.
The start of the game pulls up so many questions so rapidly, the devs of capcom did a really neat job of tying it all together.
The only complaint i would probably give this game from my personal experience is that the horror element kinda wares out after you get all of your weapons, when every enemy can die in about a mag of your pistol. The threat of the unknown just kinda disappear.
If your looking for a good horror game which has some good shock and awe moments. i'd definitely recommend picking this up or just watch your fav youtuber play it.

honestly Idk how i feel about this game than i weirdly love it?
I mean i hate missing all the time but the gameplay is just fun and refreshing, nice tactical and turned based game for all the people who love to expand there forehead to store more brain power

Just Oof if you love doom, just this is honestly the "finale" bit apparently. Tbh i believe that they are gonna release more in about 3 or 5 years, but by god was this hard. Play this on the hardest difficulty it feels like your being sent through a roller coaster of emotions and bloodshed.
had my friend having to take me out of the complete focus i was in just to rip and tear.
I think this is definitely worth it if you are a big fan of doom, i think the music is still good but its sad not having Mick Gordon throw his amazing bombastic music into the mix still pretty good tho.

The cons of this for me was honestly just some of the lacking new enemies maybe a nice couple more glory kills with the hammer would of been great. (P.S there is one new enemy but it's hardly noticeable and no glory kills on the boy so eh.)
They added a hammer into the game which acts like the chainsaw in a way just minus the glory kill and added cc in an area, and i'm sorry but it's almost a NEED for the boss. You can throw out so much damage to him after the hammer but anyway.

The siege was the best part watching titan robots and giants fight each other with heavy music playing as your tearing through a prepared army. Doom slayer didnt even want help lol he just got it when he lit the beacon

Final note. I have never played a game where i have felt more like a man in my entire life. 10/10 i hope to see you again doom and all the glory you bring to my dopamine.

If you enjoy being sp00ked and also watching some beautiful atmosphere then sure this game is worth it.
it's a one time play no doubt only spent 8 hours on it.
Tbh tho worth the buy, creepy creatures and awesome moments to experience.

One other thing, i'd seriously say that you could get the same experience from just watching your fav youtuber play it. Otherwise i'd enjoy hopping into tv's and getting chased by long necked, chubby, shotgun wielding maniacs.

Love this game, very close to being my fav.
Been only playing this for around 2 hours, the kid Hugo is almost like wholesome poison, considering that i'm a very big rat lover i find myself conflicted with the 2.
So far i love it and would recommend playing it. Got some fantastic characters and world to show. Just get ready to hear "DEuS VuLt" a lot in the back of your head.

9/10 fantastic story, decent game play and brilliant world

Oo jeez this game.
Got a lot going for it and i have to admit i really enjoy it to it's core (ignoring the bugs, optimisation and glitches) the story is good man trapped in guys head i could ramble on for hours.
and i'm only 19 hours into the game when i made this review.
All i'll say is wait for some patches to come out and fix up the optimisation. Ignore some of the people mainly complaining about the graphics and issues and pick this game up in a couple months. I can at least run it on a solid 60 at high with a 2k rig. There are a couple negatives besides the graphics and bugs tho, customisation can feel a little limited when wanting to make your own characters look i'll leave the rest out for now.
Plus if you love Breathe taking actors (haha i pulled a funny) you'll love the voice acting in this game.
what we get for surviving 2020, and it's nice to have something finally refreshing in the stores than the usual triple aaa bs that gets thrown out without a care.

Good stuff

Take mirror's edge, make it really hard, put a sword in it.
That's this game. You start off confused lil memory wiped ninja robot to a speedy boy(about the same concept as pinocchio just more cyber punk than wooden).
But getting to the point, I seriously recommend anybody to play this game, it's fast paced, replayable, fun and just satisfying once you understand how the movement and everything works.
Only been playing for around 4 hours and ik i'm gonna play a whole lot more.

Spooky scary

This should of been the holy bible. Compared to what doom 2016 was, this is faster, harder and soooo action filled.
If your a fan of fast paced shooters with a small bit of platforming you'll enjoy this game.
Feel like some people are judging this for the minor things too which was gonna happen anyway, but just read into online reviews from youtubers you might trust and you should get a pretty simple idea on what it's like.

To get the fun out of this though put it on a hard difficulty, it's gonna be kinda meh if you can just shread through most of the demons with just a mod
