The most rule of cool campaign I have ever played.
I cannot recommend that more than anything else, really a wonderful play especially after playing their first title, truly a brilliant sequel.

The Operations seem fun and although I have not played them all yet, they look like a great challenge to try out with friends, although I did think we were expecting more classes but the ones we have are nicely varied but some feel better than others. I am disappointed that they are waiting till after launch for private lobbies, seems of an after thought.
The Eternal war seems fun but I have the issue that bolters are just really good, better than melee despite the fact melee ignores armour. It might be one of those situations that just needs a couple of perks or a better weapon to do. The whole shooting around corners could be a bit better as it favours small arms way more than heavy weapons. Overall it seems very fun and satisfying on a shooting side but rather weak on a flanking and melee side - also i feel that the Bulwark should be as durable as the Iron halo and not way more.
Just make the assault a bit better at melee, the vanguard might need a heavier kit and the heavy should be more viable in fire fights

Otherwise, bloody good game and a blast for any Warhammer enthusiast

I enjoy this game and the campaigns, I will say that this game is best enjoyed with at least one friend as the AI are very tricky from time to time and sometimes are a push over so 1 friend to play campaigns with is always recommended as it makes the game much more fun and engaging.

This game is a odd ball; lots and lots of paid for dlc, Fun multiplayer and friend vs friend options, Variable campaign with questionable AI, etc...
I would recommend as a game to play with a friend every now and then or as a First Total War Game but the dlc is a bit much in this game as there is so much of it including Sparta in a game where its already hard to counteract cheap tactics and high level infantry with other factions fighting against Rome.

Amazing game, love playing with friends especially with the new fortification method.
Greatest free RTS i have ever played i just wish free players got a little more.
