- be at least steam level 10 (public profile)
- i want to see at least a handful of +rep
- public inventory
- send fair offers (otherwise instant block)

- 1:1 trades only, if 1:x you have to overpay
- if I downgrade, you overpay
- only add to discuss trades (comment reason, or i will ignore you)
- don't scam (report and block instantly)
- all trades are final
