Jedi Outcast is an old game, but a fun one. It was made by the same company as the earlier Soldier of Fortune titles. The storyline is an interesting one, albeit somewhat predictable. The map design is nice but unremarkable. The gameplay is fun, albeit dated. The lightsaber combat is pretty good. There is no character customization and no lightsaber colour change except with cheat codes. If you don't mind older games, then this one is a fun one for you.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is an amazing work of art, to say the least. It is a prequel to the 2010 game, and is arguably Rockstar's best product to date. I have played it for over 120 hours, and it is worth every cent that you spend on it.

Game World: Open-world, with terrain that varies from the classic arid Wild West to the snowy mountains, to temperate rolling hills, to swampy bayous. The land is rich with animals, birds, fish, and even insects.

Sound: immersive, varied, highly detailed, and intricate.

Music: wonderful, and it contributes to the immersion of the game. There are some external artists featured in the soundtrack, including Willie Nelson.

Story: the single player story takes quite a few unexpected turns, and is very well-written, in my opinion. There are a few small differences that you can experience depending on your honour level. Overall, the story is a beautiful adventure, a quest for redemption!

Online mode: fun, but not the main point of the game.

In summary: the game is a 10/10, and I would highly recommend it.

I have only played DayZ for 17 hours, but in that time I have had plenty of fun surviving in the Zombie Apacolypse in Russia. I usually choose the servers with few other players, so I have only seen three other players, and one of them killed me on sight. The fewer players that there are, the more loot there is for you. And if you head inland, the loot becomes better. There is only music in the main menu, not during the game. I suppose this contributes to the atmosphere of loneliness. The game can be a bit buggy at times, but not badly.

Tips for new players: find clothing, a blade of some kind, a backpack, and build a fishing rod ASAP. Wash your hands clean of blood to prevent sickness, bandage or sew your wounds ASAP to prevent blood loss, and cut up old clothes to make bandages, but disinfect them first with alcohol. Look around haybales for mushrooms. If you find a gun, you can make a makeshift suppressor from a water bottle and duct tape. Don't drink the water that you find in a bottle, because you can catch cholera from that. Empty it and refill it from a pump. Wear darker-coloured clothing to be less visible.

Squadrons is a fun game and worth the money you spend on it. I haven't played any multiplayer yet, so this review is for the single-player game only.

Squadrons makes a nice addition to my SW games library. It is exclusively a flying game, and has a more in-depth experience than flying in other games. The view is first-person from inside the cockpit, which makes the game more realistic. You can control your speed, re-arrange the power division between engines, cannons and shields. You can choose a flying loadout, ad for some missions you are given a choice of your starfighter. The combat is challenging yet fun, with varying objectives, the ships perform differently, you can give orders to your squad for the sake of teamwork, and you play from both sides of the battle: as the Republic and as the Empire.

The graphics are beautiful, the sound design accurate to the movies, the voice talent believablethe in-game characters well designed, and - best of all - there is much original SW soundtrack music!

The only downsides to the game are (so I have heard) the relatively small player base, the lack of visual customization of ships, and the unrealistic presentation of space. Because there is very little to no air out in space, one would not hear explosions and ship engines. But this is sci-fi, so that is ok.

Overall, this is a solid SW game, and worth the money. I would rate it a 7/10.

This game is lots of fun and definitely worth playing.

I played Battlefront 1 last year, and quite enjoyed it, and recently bought this one. This one has more game modes and seems to still have a decent player base.
The single player campaign is lots of fun, and i thoroughly enjoyed it. I was surprised at how long it was (about 8 hours). It features gunfights, starfighter fights, laghtsabre use, and an ok story.

Overall, Battlefront 2 is a 7/10.

This is the best Star Wars game ever! A brief description would be Jedi Academy meets Tomb Raider. You play the story of Cal Kestis, a Jedi Apprentice who went into hiding after Order 66. The game takes place between Episodes 3 and 4. Jedi Academy used to be my favourite SW game, but Fallen Order has taken first place now.

The exploration is strongly resemblant of the 2013 Tomb Raider game and its sequels. The lightsabre combat is similar to that of Jedi Academy, but better, much better, with a few combos (but not as many as in the Force Unleashed), realistic parrying and blocking, and the ability to switch between single and double blades. Personal outfits, your lightsabre, and the paint skins of BD-1 (your personal droid) and the Mantis (the ship you fly in) can all be customized, which is very nice. The storyline is well-developed, not immediately obvious, a little predictable, but highly enjoyable nonetheless. The characters are believable and help to make the game, especially Greez.

The terrain varies significantly between planets, each with its own ambience and feel. The design is beautiful, from the tranquility of Bogano to the beauty of Kashyyyk to the detestable deadliness of Dathomir. The activities you will perform are varied and sometimes unexpected, which adds a pleasing amount of depth to gameplay. You can travel between planets at any time simply by returning to the Mantis, which allows you to play the game the way you want to, to a certain extent. The bosses are quite a challenge, especially Oggdo Bogdo.

One disappointing feature is the lack of original SW music. The game has its own soundtrack, which, while sometimes reminiscent of the movie soundtracks, I have as yet to hear any confirmed original tracks. The game did also not start with the classic intro crawl and main theme, which is a disappointment. One point of improvement would be to change the types of boxes that can be found in remote locations such as Dathomir and up on the Great Tree in Kashyyyk: Why would there be a perfectly modern chest still with working batteries and lights in a place where the Empire has never quite set foot? Also, how do the Dathomirans speak English (aka Galactic Basic)? Also, the ability to permanently switch to a single lightsabre would be a nice addition, although the staff is useful. There are still some bugs in the game, mainly visual ones, and if I don't cap my FPS at 60, my graphics give hiccups (i.e. freeze) from time to time.

Overall, Fallen order is a lovely game, and definitely worth the money even at full price. I have played for 27 hours, and I haven't even finished it. Fun, beautiful, engaging, custimizeable, and addictive, with a couple of points for improvement. Overall, I would rate it a 9/10. I do hope they continue to make games like this.

The Room Two is a fun game to play, although the story behind it is confusing and vague. The puzzles truly are puzzling at times, and it makes for a good brain teaser. I enjoyed both #1 and 2, and would like to see a third.

It's an ok game. It is not nearly as nice as Jedi Outcast and Academy, and definitely not a patch on the newer Jedi: Fallen Order, but it is moderately fun. The combat is combo-based, which I don't like, the Force abilities are weird to use, and it just isn't as customizeable as it could be. Starkiller holds his lightsabres upside down, which is weird and trippy, and is as overpowered as heck. He is also an idiot. I don't like the story too much, but it is ok. I would rather play Jedi Academy any day though.

Factorio is a fun game where you mine resources and refine them into new products while automating the whole system. It starts off quite simply, but as you go further your resource needs are much higher. I have not finished a solo game, only one with another friend of mine who is more experienced than I. It can become very involved as you design moderately complex systems for resource exchange and production, set up railroad systems for bringing in ore, stone and coal mined further away, and repel alien forces.
Overall, it is a fun challenge.

A solid ending to a brilliant trilogy! I never played any of the original Tomb Raider games, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the reboot series. The first one (2013) was absolutely lovely, the second a quality sequel, and this one ends the series on a high note, bringing closure and a happy sigh of contentment (and a little sadness). Like the previous two games, Shadow brings beautiful and immersive environments allowing exploration, run-throughs or a combination of both. Gameplay is engaging, the music is good as always, but the puzzles could be more complicated. The storyline is actually believable, which can be hard to achieve on a final note. Shadow gives an entire level of backstory to Lara, in which you can play as her as a little girl; Lara receives closure on her father's life's work, Trinity is finally stopped, and Jonah has a happy ending too. The money spent on this game is worth it. This game is also longer than the previous two. In chronological order, I find them to be about 18, 25 and 40 hours each (an estimation).
