this game is good but i always has crash problem . fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crash noob development team

i am very love to play dota2 i spend so much money on this game but there are too many cancer and toxic in this game they trashtalk , throw , ruin the game . i admit that i used to trashtalk to them too and i reported them and they report me too . and i got ban for 6 mounth.
i think this is too much for punishment. you guys (delevelopment team) should check the match from match ID and see the gameplay before ban a player like an I D I O T . because of having a reported doesn't mean i am a bad player!!! . i try to be good player i mute them all before playing and i still got reported . you ban so many player that's why so many player has decrease in this game and many player will be move to another MOBA GAMES such as LOL i know you guys are now serious about banning player but you should check the gameplay too how they play how i play how they treated each other . i am so F U C K I N G disappointed of valve i waste so much money on this game and got ban for 6 mounth with those pinoy it's not fair. i hope valve will consider my review and improve it.
