10/10 loot goblin bait. I love this game. It's rare a game makes me want to complete it beyond the achievements anymore, but this game has stayed interesting. I do admit, it took me a bit to learn some of the bosses, my patience is a virtue I'm working on lol, and I would try to tank the hits. This is not a hack and slash, that doesn't work. I gonna do everything.

Buy all iDiver upgrades: ✅

All bosses beat, including secret ones: ✅
Catch all Fishmon: 🔳

...safe to say I'm obsessed with the amount to do. 😅

As an achievement runner, the fact they killed this game entirely and locked out some achievements permanently really ticks me off. They had enough people playing, just not enough microtransactions I guess, so now nobody can 100% this game unless they did so by a certain date. Ridiculous..

Im gonna pop these achievements as I feel cheated and I refuse to lose a game like I did Flappy Bird again. -_-)

Very charming gameplay and characters. :3 I do wish some of the other single characters were romanceable that aren't options, but that doesn't completely ruin the experience. A bit more character customization would be nice. Replayable and calming, I would say. It does become a grind later, but not to the extent of becoming annoying.

Not worth the time I put into it. Co-op is extremely broken, and if I wasn't someone who doesn't give up for the sake of my own sanity I would've done so 20 minutes in. This game made me need a therapist. Thank you, and check out my guide for mods that make this game slightly more bearable. The dev console is a must, as items will just disappear.

I enjoyed the first game, and this one is great too! They definitely made some needed adjustments from the first game, and I'm sure the community is happy with them. Can't wait to see what they add in the future!

I wouldn't recommend if you like to get all the achievements in a game. There is a common bug late game where you are soft-locked permanently from completing a level. I am not impressed. This is something that needs to be fixed BEFORE releasing a game. At least patch it. I will re-review if it gets patched.

EDIT: Thank you modders! I can use the extra high jump mod from Nexus to complete that bugged coin in Karate Downtown!
EDIT 2: There are actually 12 coins in the Wild West, the menu is bugged.

Test your friendships! This is the game for that lol

This game is so cute and keeps you interested in the townspeople. It is far different from the first Youtuber's Life game, but better in some ways. They really leaned into sci-fi atmosphere in this one, and I am not against it, as the game starts out that way, as almost a warning that it isn't like its predecessor, which was more linear and "realistic"(if you count the last place you move into being a space station realistic..) Either way, this game definitely pushes you to get to know the people of NewTube City, and I'm all for it!

EDIT: BEWARE!! THERE ARE STILL MAJOR BUGS IN THIS GAME, ONE CAUSES A CHARACTER TO DISAPPEAR PERMANENTLY! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PLAYING BLIND. (talking as a person who had to start over after completing almost everything else in the game..)

EDIT: This game is extremely grindy towards the end of it, to the point where you are sleeping to get through days quicker.. It really takes away from the immersion.
