Maybe this is the best manager game this century or it's totally awful, I don't care about the consensus I jsut wanna share my experience. As an avid F1 fan, I expected to design/upgrade cars, choose race strategy, upgrade facilities etc. as you do in so many other manager games. However, car upgrades feels inconsequential, drivers just drive with no character, facilites don't matter, each race week takes so so long that you can not feel the car developping before spending days of screen time. Honestly, no offense to the people who like the game but it's mind numbingly boring.
