This is undoubtedly the best RPG game.

It's like a whole new life once you get into it - the life of a mercenary, noble, king, or just a wanderer. Taking this into account, the replayability is practically endless. Moreover, for a game this old, the NPC world feels unusually vibrant and highly engaging, providing for a lot of different interactions and outcomes.

The game allows for easy modding, which directly translates into a huge amount of mods that are still updated even to this day thanks to the active community. With those mods, one can play their favorite fantasy scenarios such as LOTR, GOT, and many more.

Other than that there is multiplayer, which is pretty solid, though it's only combat and doesn't include any of the roleplay elements, but is still a good place to test your battle skills and have some arcade fun.
