This is truly a work of art. Mark the airing date of the show as the day that humanity peaked. It is an incredible character study and breakdown of societal issues. It would drastically unrealistic to say that any sort of literature has peaked or will peak this master piece. This is why Kiss x Sis is the best show to have ever been made.

To commence, it would be imprudent not to discuss the ingenious dynamic between the two sisters. Ako and Riko are partaking in brutal warfare between each other, fighting for their brother's attention. They are so clearly at war with each other, yet they come together during times of crisis. It is truly beautiful, and represents the wish of the author to make peace in such a turbulent world. The two sisters can be compared to the sides of conflict. Why must we continue to disagree when it simply brings more harm? That is the question that this show asks. It is the wonderful hope of agreeance despite differences that is is the first piece of the puzzle of the mastery that is Kiss x Sis.

Secondarily, the show speaks to the audience about the importance of being open and accepting. This is best represented by the parents who are incredibly supporting of their daughters attempt to "woo" their brother despite the societal views that it is wrong. A wise man once said "ignorance leads to fear, fear leads to hate and hate leads to violence." I pose you the question: Are the actions in the show truly wrong? Do they have victims or consequences? The answer is no, best put by the line "Not related by a single drop of blood! So nobody should give a damn if I want to ♥♥♥♥ them like crazy!" Society has absolutely no right to criticize the romantics. The parents are examples of exemplary people in an ideal society. Kiss x Sis does not wish to entertain; it wishes to guide the viewer on a new path in their life of love and acceptance.

The final and most touching topic to discuss is the amazing development of the main character in just this first episode. The show begins with the main character becoming frustrated by the fanatical life that was presented upon him by his sisters. Our main character wishes return to a peaceful life by pushing away his sisters. He attends a different school and faces the situation with cowardice. It is only upon seeing the reactions of his classmates after his desperate attempt to maintain his daily life that he truly awakens. If society does not want him, why would he push away the two that do? With that thought in mind he pursues his sisters, showing true bravery and facing the life he had originally wished to escape from. It all returns to Kiss x Sis acting as a guide to the life of the viewer.

Surely by now you have understood a small part of what makes Kiss x Sis so great. Now, it would be presumptuous to say that this essay has fully encompassed the meaning of this masterful show. Discussion in the comments would be greatly appreciated for you fans of true literature. I leave you with the quote "It's stuck". Thank you for reading, fellow enthusiasts.
