This game have major issue that NEED to be addressed

1- the game has huge lag and drop frames that make the game sometimes unplayable we spoke to the support about it to BOOMING GAMES and addressed it as a big issue and no 1 did anything about it

2- Getting banned for no reason is a thing now, 2 of my friends got banned for no reason at all, the funny thing about this that 1 of them stopped playing the game for a month and he still got banned, but the other 1 spoke to the admins of the game and she replayed as follow: [ ChenshuToday at 6:02 PM u have been banned for hacking ]
and poff... the admin left the building. we talked to the admin again to provide the evidence of the hacking a video or something but still no answer.
both players spent over 400$ for troops and cosmetic skins for the game and they got a ban in a very rude way and still no explanation these are paying customers AND CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHTS !

3- Other from getting banned for no reason and the high drop fram and lag this game is very good game and has a good new idea but it has to change there support ASAP because they are reflecting a bad image about the game because they relay don't care about the players or the BOOMING GAME community. Btw i talked to one of the moderator and he blocked me after i talked to him/her about the same issue
