In my opinion the game is a lot of fun alone or with your friends and I would surly say you try it out
The only thing I don't like is the killer hit box atm

If you are thinking of buying UNO I would recommend you buy it when its on sale.
I enjoy playing it with my friends and its quite fun with the DLC conntent. (If you buy the just dance DLC and enable all the rules it can be more rage inducing than any other game)
But I do think 10 euros is a little bit to much for it.

The best thing in the game is the 4K Ubisoft intro If you don't agree with me on that you are wrong and you can't change my mind
