setting is what drew me to this game initially and it delivered. super happy to play in a very vibrant portrayal of mesoamerica. gameplay + soundtrack + pixel art are all effective for the tone of the game.

it's a shame to hear this game didn't sell very well. hopefully that changes. great game and the team deserves props + ideally more money

The Tim Burton artstyle is charming in its own dark, twisted way. It goes perfectly with the gloomy attitude of the game.

Even the presumably "harmless" actions that you do is likely to blow up in your face.

In my short amount of time of playing, I met and set up camp near a Pig Man's (named Biscuit) house because I knew of their usefulness (research :P). After feeding it monster meat, I led it to my camp for it to stay for the night. That ended up being a disaster; I was forced to run around the campfire with a were-pig chasing me. I'll be a little more cautious when I play this game again.

Next topic: Is it a game where you grind? I have NO idea, but I doubt there will be much of it, if at all. :P

Thus concludes my pitiful review. Have a nice day/night! :D

Even though I have a meager 500 hours (at this point when I'm typing this down), with a pitiful amount of hats, I can still vouch for this game. This game is unlike a lot of wider known FPS (CoD, Halo, etc.). It includes an abstract and silly variety of weapons to kill the RED or BLU team with. Team Fortress 2 also includes features that simply do not exist in other FPS, like buying a $1000 hat or something. There are even taunts for you to use when you finally kill that guy who's dominating you. Real taunts, not microphone spam or perhaps teabags. This review might be biased or simply naive, but I hope you get the gist: TF2 is a great and unique first-person shooter.
