Cooking Instructions for Outback Steakhouse Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
-180 grams of penne noodles (prefer bronze cut for taste and texture)
-110 grams of velveeta yellow cheese
-110 grams of heavy whipping cream

Steps:
1. First fill a pot with water and let the water come to a rolling boil.
2. Pour the noodles in the water and set a timer for 6 minutes.
3. When the timer goes off stir the noodles and set another timer for 6 minutes.
4. Strain the noodles after a total of 12 minutes.
5. In the same pot turn the heat to simmer and pour in the cheese and heavy whipping cream.
6. Stir until melted and combined.
7. Once melted, add the noodles and stir for about 3 minutes to fully cover the noodles with the cheese sauce.
8. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
