I've been looking at "goon" material for a few months now and I HATE it. Literally every single time I PMO I get an overwhelming sense that I despise this stuff and will finally start the fight to quit PMO... Only to relapse a few hours later. It's so tough because regular PMO doesn't even compair to this stuff. It's like heroin. It's weird as hell. Now when I get an urge my brain erotisises the temptation to give in, it's hard to explain.

Has anyone managed to get off this stuff? I'm worried that I'm too far gone, changed in some way and now I've damaged myself beyond repair.

Also, this post in NOT a dog whistle. Please only comment or DM me with help if you GENUINELY aren't one of those creeps who acts nice then tries to get people to relapse.
