Not cheating like all the idiots below are saying but this person is intentionally trying to play with US based players whilst being in the UK (presumably by using a VPN to make the network think theyre located in the US, a very common thing for this players level of trash) so they get favorable lag comp (look it up). Shots delayed land about 1-1.5 seconds late and the kicker I find thats the saddest part is this player is not only crutching the easiest weapons but stacks in quickplay and then proceeds to play as if its a tournament hugging their testicles in human centipede formation.
