Hello Steam Community,
I played over 200 hours of GTA Online.
I have a bunker and many other expensive things. Meanwhile, I was often harassed by hackers or cheaters. One week ago I was kicked out of the game and banned for a month and my scores were deleted. At this point I would like to mention that I did not use mods, cheated or hacked. After that, I tried to contact Rockstar Support. This sends under the support reason "disagreed with a ban" a ready-made message back to me, in which it is written that a ban would be final.
Then I tried other support reasons and tried to reach someone who can help me. but my requests were always marked as closed. They did not even want to tell me why I was banned at all.
In my opinion, in this situation, I am a customer who is treated with absolute disrespect.
Now I have to say that a € 60 game like GTA V, which has been on the market for 5 years, has the worst support I've ever seen.
Personally, I will never again spend money on a rock star product because I just feel miserably treated. This company is happy to take your money but does nothing in return. Look at the Shark cards, 8 million ingame $ for 75 €, that's ridiculously overpriced, since you can not do much with 8 million.
