Is it considered false advertising if they show images on the store page from the sam dlc when it isn't even available to purchase and isn't included?

overall I enjoy this game but it is rather easy and the more interesting mechanics don't start getting put in til you unlock them, which is kind of a pain cause you only get so much crystal currency and having to do several runs is a bit tedious and repetitive as the unlocks cost alot it would be worth going to the later floors if the bosses actually dropped more than one crystal

Upon entering the 3rd area of the campaign where you control the little imp thing the vents are so poorly aligned that i got stuck and could not progress any further so im sorry but its a no from me

Really enjoying this game just got it not long ago
Still playing the game so far and it has consumed my life

Now I know people might hate on this but I want my money back the game won't work for me at all I've uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it so please I just wanted a game not a piece of data that doesn't work and stays just to remind me i spent money on it
