Hey guys Alex is here to explain! The joke here starts out with a news article talking about how there was a crocodile spotted using a pool noodle to cross a canal in Florida. Now this is pretty funny because for one its crazy that it knew how to use the noodle and also why in the world would a crocodile need to use a pool noodle since they’re such incredible swimmers to begin with. The bottom half of the meme shows a guy pouring a bottle of water onto himself in a pool while already being soaking wet. This format is generally used when something using another thing to benefit them when what they’re doing won’t change anything since the guy in the image is pouring water on himself while he’s completely wet so doing that changes nothing. This image fits the news article pretty well because the crocodile using the noodle to help it swim changes absolutely nothing because even without the noodle, crocodiles are amazing swimmers.
