Top-notch souls-y metroidvania. Some of the environments are a little boring to look at but the setting as a whole is endearing. Platforming segments get pretty frequent which isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I found them very fluid and never too challenging. The boss fights here are excellent, though I do wish there were a couple more, so I'm very much looking forward to any extra content in the future. Highly recommend to fans of soulslikes, metroidvanias, and specifically other soulsvanias like Salt and Sanctuary and Blasphemous.
