When trying to connect to server getting an error - Client is an older build than the server. Please update your game.

Restarted steam, relaunched the game, nothing makes my current version to update.

Game started really good, but went down the hill fairly fast. Multiple dupe exploits where not fixed from beta stage, it felt like game was being pushed to live version just to meet deadlines and executives would receive a fat bonus paycheck.

New World has a lot of great ideas implemented, but almost none of them are finished properly, it always feels like unfinished product. The vast majority of large scale pvp action felt like PowerPoint slideshow, game was infested with performance issues when it comes to wars. At one point it felt like every 3 days there is a new exploit, and each time it took more than a week for developers to fix it.

Game has a lot of issue, with every new patch they break stuff even more and more. For new players game is even more punishing, there where a lot of nerfs to Gear Score leveling and crafting, they increased game difficulty and lowered rewards just to keep people playing, but there is already a lot of people who already achieved all of it when it was in the 'easy mode', so it's just unfair to the rest.

At this state it's hard to recommend this game, it has a lot of potential, but at this stage it feels very rushed and unfinished.
