I usually don't leave reviews on games or leave purely sarcastic ones, but Signalis is one of those games that is so good I absolutely must review it. First of all if you are a fan of survival horror wether it's classic Resident Evil(1-3) or Silent Hill(1-4) buy it right now, it feels not only like a love letter to those games but it also feels like a natural evolution of what they were trying to do.


In my opinion the most important thing to get right in a horror game is it's atmosphere, most horror games don't manage to get this right and Signalis does this masterfully, from the get go it's intriguing, it hooks you, and when you finish the intro leaves the player with both intrigue and uneaseand it never stops.


I said the game intrigued but does it deliver on that intrigue with it's story? Yes yes it does under the surface there's a deeply emontional story that also walks the line on cosmic horror, and it's a story that leaves you thinking for days as you piece it together which I deeply adore.


My first playthrough I did in survival and I do really like the gameplay of this game, it's puzzles feel completely satisfying, it's exploring really feels like you are taking control back from the facility, and the combat feels clunky it a good way as it should from a survival horror. Edit: I used to say my only complaint was the inventory but it was fixed in update 1.2. So no complaints now


Go play it, it's incredible and my favorite survival horror game, it's really a thriumph in the genre.

Pero en ocasiones el crítico si se arriesga cada vez que descubre y defiende algo nuevo… el mundo suele ser cruel con el nuevo talento, las nuevas creaciones… lo nuevo, necesita amigos. Anoche experimenté algo nuevo, una extraordinaria cena de una fuente singular e inesperada, decir sólo que la comida y su creador han desafiado mis prejuicios sobre la buena cocina subestimaría la realidad. Me han tocado en lo más profundo. En el pasado, jamás oculté mi desdén por el famoso lema del chef Gusteau: Cualquiera puede cocinar. Pero al fin me doy cuenta de lo que quiso decir en realidad: ´No cualquiera puede convertirse en un gran artista, pero un gran artista puede provenir de cualquier lado´. Es difícil imaginar un origen más humilde que el del genio que ahora cocina en el restaurante Gusteau, y quien, en opinión de este crítico, es nada menos que el mejor chef de Francia. Pronto volveré a Gusteau… hambriento.

Creature Romances: Kokonoe Kokoro is a visual novel in which you date your grasshopper childhood friend, at first glance it might seem like a shallow experience but fret not dear reader for this is a deep dive into the age of question of what makes us human in the first place, the characters all have their own philosophy on how they live their lives and what they want the world to be, and the MC is but a lost lamb in this world, he just wants to date a grasshopper, so he is a force of neutrality in this world of extremes.

In short: This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks, why do I keep getting gifted this ♥♥♥♥

As a fan of RE I when I saw this game was going to be on a third person perspective I became a bit skeptical especially since RE2 is my favorite game out of the bunch, well this demo has put my worries to rest, runs like a charm,sound design is top notch, and ambience is absolutely great, I'm really looking forward to the full release.
