Sorry to intrude here uninvited but thought you should check out gan's profile.
'Unreliable' is putting it nicely. You can judge for yourself just from the answers
to my posts in the FC2 thread.

I put years of work into that guide to answer all of those questions. Check the link
I posted in the same thread. - Don't fall for the BS, go for a reliable source.
